That's sweet and all but Britney fans aren't doing all that for love and unconditional support. Many of them just want her back on the studio and back on the charts like it could suddenly erase the last 15 years of abuse.

Many of them are just as critical as Xtina fans or worse. Some of them are delusional and like to live off of their fave's past successes. And most of them have been contributing to Britney's current state by giving money that they fully knew wasn't going to her pockets and was only helping those leaching onto her.

At least our fanbase, although toxic at times, isn't that disconnected from reality.

Poor thing. I don't think she sounds empty or robotic. To me, she comes across as a shy girl who was never allowed to make a mistake or to think for herself, and unfortunately she isn't resilient enough to cope with the mental abuse she's received. She might be untalented and boring, and her fans are delusional assholes, but at least she's not a resentful cunt. She's always really sweet and a bit childish, as if she was never given the chance to mature. No wonder some people feel very protective of her.

I always come back to thinking about that time she was locked outside her house, crying on the curb, literally begging the paparazzi to please leave her alone, and she wasn't even strong enough to pick herself up and go away. How fucked up you must be to reach that point.

Of course the new wave of radical socialism had to come from the core of pop culture's decadent capitalism.
