We were so spoilt with music videos this era and we've never seen the look with the red hair tied back and the black and flowery dress again, so I'm sure it's for an unreleased video that we'll get soon. La Reina was released very randomly so they could probably do the same for this one. I hope it's for Brujeria, so that she can get a small seasonal hit every year. I don't want it to be for Cuando Me De La Gana, except if it's the duet version (it would be great for the Grammy campaign) but I don't think Christian Nodal was there!

I feel like she would have teased it by now but I still don't get why it's been labelled as an EP. It should have been made clear from the beginning that La Luz would be a one-song conclusion + an intro. If her team was composed of real pros, they would have anticipated that. It doesn't make any sense.

I just listened to Lloras Por Na again and it’s so chill, smooth and amazing. It has the most potential of all the songs she released from the project tbh. I would be so mad if she decided to never release it…

Many news outlets from Spain and Latin America that posted about La Luz published that date so it was 100% distributed by a press dossier from Sony Music. I would add:
- Lloras Por Na was taken down from YouTube last week
- there is literally no playlisting for NEQTE apart from the automatic playlisting on New Music Friday, which makes me think it was just released for the Grammy cutoff date
- two days ago, several news outlets revealed October 7 to be the release date. Not 4 weeks ago: two days ago, they would never change plans so quickly
- the era is at least going to be pushed until the Latin Grammy in two months. They have to campaign. I doubt they would stop it tonight and call it quits
- the Sony Music Latin press release is also very confusing. They say ‘NEQTE is out now’, ‘the EP features two songs.’ ‘Features’ doesn’t mean it’s complete, and they say that the song is out now, not the EP
- it doesn’t make any sense to have an intro song so late in an album. Otherwise it would be called an interlude. I still think the track list will be rearranged
- the rollout has been extremely messy so to me this is yet again a big communication error and we’ll get something else sooner or later. I didn’t believe it yesterday but now I’m sure of it!

Nah, we were expecting only the new song today and La Luz (the full EP) next Friday. We'll see. I still think the Rosalia collab will be released at one point and Lloras Por Na was removed from YT which is a sign it'll be released.

Still, everything should have been clarified by now. And I believe the EP would show "track 2", "track 3, etc. but greyed out if it was the case…

I loved the song and the video but the song's end is so abrupt in the video. The transition to the La Luz intro is a bit weird!

It's similar to HTGDT in some ways... Definitely feels like the song will take a few turns and get more dramatic towards the climax. The vocals are restrained but powerful so not quite as pulled back as SMFM but it's not throaty or belty like Somos Nada. From what I heard it's gonna be a moment. I think fans will be pleased!

I kind of hoped La Luz would just be released as part of AGUILERA and not as a stand-alone EP so that people would also stream and (re)discover the first two EP. But I'm super excited for this. I hope there are some great collabs there: Rosalia, Bad Bunny and Lloras Por Na finally being included!!!!
