She's definitely not okay, someone (her bf) told her to address the 'are you ok' questions and other stuff but basically she didn't say anything to prove the worried fans wrong lol. she speaks so fast and looks around which shows that she is extremely nervous and not believing a word she's saying. and yuck at her wearing the same outfits every day, like wtf?

It's a manic thing. When I had a manic episode I would rock the same way stood in front of a window for hours and hours heck pretty much the entire time I was awake. Her sleep is also clearly impaired (and i suspect that if she is allowed to smoke that she is chain smoking)
she is certainly being awake for long periods of time between when she can chemically assisted fall asleep. hence the bad lined skin the under eye bags/shadows and the constantly reedy hoarse voice from exhaustion. Your whole body is just pulsing with energy you cannot keep still. It's really soothing and you do it unconsciously like its automatic she probably barely realises she is doing it at this point. It's just natural behaviours after so long.
