They're so similar I don't really care either way. Having the feature will only help her chances tbh. I think this and Traditional Pop Vocal Album are probably locks. Unless she gets India Arie'd (complete shutout at the GRAMMYs in the early 2000s with 7 nominations), I will be shocked if she goes home empty handed.

CMDLG has Nodal too who is very respected and nominated in the same category with another song of his

It's nominated to "best regional song" against Nodal (the artist featured on her song) with his own song and against Angela Aguilar, both Mexican so it's a tough competition. I wouldn't say that one is on lock.
