Exactly. I shared my thoughts about her lipping because she decided not to go for those notes to be safe. We know she has done this in Candyman for example which is totally OK. Her performance will be everywhere on the news tomorrow.

Even if she IS lip syncing…what is the purpose of even mentioning it? Like what does that add to the discussion or the performance?

All you do is open up an opportunity for some messy Xtina hater who lurks this forum to spread this on Twitter and then the media picks it up as they have been known to do in the past when they report things that start on this forum. Suddenly, you have headlines about how Christina lip synced at the Latin Grammys and you know DAMN well that that is negative press.

So again, what does pointing out that she lipped a note or two add to the conversation?

Ok let's move on from any lip-syncing accusations because clearly it's a tender subject for some, though I am glad no one is criticising Xtina if she had lip-synced the extremely difficult notes. Let's just enjoy the performance because it was incredible and evidently we all agree on that!

She does look good. But then I was asked for MY opinion on the song choice itself and I gave it. Regardless of how I feel about the material, I’m always going to support her and PMM has grown on me a lot.

Me posting my opinion is not something that can be spread on Twitter and create negative headlines for her. That’s not the same as accusing her of lip syncing.
