2021 may feel like a long wait but at least the movie will have a chance to reach a wider audience.
Any movie released in the next 6 months will have to deal with the reduced capacity of the venues and from what I see covid is on the increase again on many states.
I messaged AMC cinemas here in the UK to check when they will open and the response I got was that they don't have a date yet. So that's not optimistic.
Well cinemas in the U.K. are in the same position as stage plays/theatres over there. I’m hearing that the West End and other theatre productions won’t happen until next year.
It’s impossible to social distance in cinemas and theatres, even when social distancing is reduced from 2 meter to 1. The same air, close proximity....no one wants to take that risk. It’s sad because live entertainment and going to the movies are what we are ALL used to and enjoy.
I think if social distancing is reduced to 1 metre then it will be doable for cinemas to do some business but we will see.
Anyway, today cinemas reopen in France with a 50% capacity per screen. It will be interesting to see if attendance is good.
People are definitely going crazy and want to do anything they can to get out of the house, but I honestly feel like they will just go drink and then trick at someone's house off Tinder. I think people have seen more than enough movies on their couches over the past three months, so I just don't see them changing their viewing location from the couch to the theater right away. Normally, theaters are an escape from everyday life when you're busy or you haven't had a chance to sit down with your boo and just chill. People have spent three months trying not to kill their boos and Netflix is the only reason half these bitches remain living. I just don't feel like the GP has that NEED to go there yet.

People look a lot more relaxed here as the rate of infection has fallen significantly in recent weeks. The same applies for most European countries. Of course, it remains to be seen whether they will be good to go to cinemas.
Meanwhile, the UK government just announced that cinemas will open here from the 4th July.
cinemas are already open in some states in Mexico, the release date is still in July? shouldnt they release the music video and promo tour ? are talk shows in the us recording and airing regularly?

I guess they are thinking whether to keep the date or postpone. Many countries, including the US, are struggling to cope with the virus.

If they move the date again it needs to be some time in 2021 to be safe from the next wave of coronavirus.
Sis, we already have bitches acting out because they can't suck Tinder dick on their regular schedule. Lbr, if rona ruins Christmas, none of us will see 2021.

The movie has been delayed again to late August.
It's been 4 months of constant daily updates, I think it's time to let go a bit. I'll stop posting daily updates for the song, but I'll do weekly updates. When the movie is eventually out, the daily updates will be back.
