#1 in “all genres” and “pop”? Yes, Adele is still #1 on iTunes USA.
#1 Latin song on iTunes atm is Pepas (which is at #68 in all genres), I think x might be able to knock it down so she’d be the #1 Latin song, but not the #1 song overall.

It's still okay, the song was never meant to be a hit in New Zealand or Australia.
I have high hopes for Latin America, Spain etc. The song should be added in all the major 'hot hits' playlists.
