Agreed. Santo Santo is just okay to me. Sounds like every other reggaeton I’ve heard.
Ugh, that’s what I feared.
Is Pa Mis Muchachas very different from what we’re hearing all the time?

How is her Spanish?

Santo Santo is good! It's a smooth bop but not explosive if that makes sense..
People won't know it's Xtina... She sounds very subdued.
Becky G sounds like she was added as an afterthought. There's no buildup to her part. She just sings the bridge and dassit... she doesn't even have adlibs.
song feels unfinished, Xtina hardly has any adlibs either.
needs a latin male rapper imo

Santo is like a chill reggeaton. When you chill with your friends and once in a while you sing along.

Pa Mis Muchachas vocal is fire. She goes IN at the end.

This got me more excited than the ‘it’s literally the same reggaeton we’ve been hearing forever’ tea
Thanks!

Is her Spanish good?

Muchachas is an anthem! Don’t think it’s gonna be a HIT, but has an anthem quality to it, lyrically… and her voice is slaying!!!

Santo suena a HIT. Estoy seguro que le irá bien en este verano que se viene.

Pa Mis Muchachas is actually the more quality track of the two tbh. But her yelling at the end is going to turn some people off for sure lol

Is catchy way more than muchachas, if people hear this on the club a few times they will end up singing along some parts.

I read that they both have like a “bar ambience background” like on Primer Amor Interlude which means they could possibly be connected or be from a larger video storyline.

They also said that in Santo her voice is super chill and the Becky even sounds louder. Plus, it’s a 2:30 long song.

For those who heard them. Is it true?

Martin wrote: Tue Oct 05, 2021 10:20 pm Details from an anonymous PM...

The songs that have leaked are:
Santo Santo (con Becky G) - 2:36
Pa' Mis Muchachas - 3:02

The info in one of the mp3 files says something like EP 1 SONG 2. There's no more info in the details.

Both songs have ambient noise as if Xtina is in a bar (kind of like Primer Amor interlude) so they sound connected.

Santo sounds like a potential hit and radio friendly. Xtina sings in a very rare tone that we've never heard before. She slays! Becky sings the bridge only. Her voice sounds louder than Xtina tho. The lyrics are about her having fun and trying to have fun and "perrear" while forgetting about men. It's super catchy.

Pa' Mis Muchachas (Xtina only, it doesn't sound like a demo and I don't think this could feature 3 other singers) sounds GREAT! It has latin sounds during the bridge like "Cuando no es contigo". It's Camila's Havanna wave but it's not similar tho. Xtina's vocals SLAY the ending. Great lyrics. It's like a female reggaeton anthem.

Both songs are very well produced. She is going to slay! People will love both songs but I think Santo has something that will drive Latin people crazy.

Is it “Fall in Line”-tier adlibs at the end?

Just heard the finished version of both and wow I am impressed with her. Muchachitas is for sure going to be a major hit in Latin America and some parts of Florida :shook:

Didn't she say the music videos are like a movie picking up where one left off? I actually like the idea of the entire album being connected with a storyline. :dancegirls:

Pa Mis Muchachas is guaracha NOT reggaetón. I can see the Havana comparisons, although they don’t sound the same. But it’s that Cuban guitar with percussion sound.

I take back my comment on the title, it sounds much better and it’s NOT REGGAETÓN.

As we know Nathy and Nicki Nicole are not in Pa mis muchachas but becky is. Maybe the EP is called "pa mis muchachas" and they are IN the album but not in the song. I mean, the name and becky were true.

Honestly yes.. but it's more controlled. Just a bit... think the final big note in ANOM when she laughs... she starts screaming in español and then laughs. She kinda went off but I'm bias.

She can be more creative with Muchacha Lyrics and concept for the video so probably the 1st single.

I’m so mad that from all the Latina girls she went for Becky G, the most basic and less artistic one. That one brings nothing new to the table.

I predict the fanbase as a whole will love Pa Mis Muchachas more as it feels like a true Christina song and it has a beginning middle and end... Santo Santo feels like an interlude. But it's catchy and her tone will be different to the ear.. she's never sounded like that before.
