LA Phil members have alearly access, so the tix for sale on that site and StubHub and other similar sites are the ones those people bought and are now selling. As long as you buy from a site that has an authenticity guarantee, you should be covered (though you may only get money back, not actual replacement tickets if the ones you buy are bullshit and the show is sold out).
