Because it was bound to decrease. The song's debut was always going to be its biggest day. It will take time to surpass its first day's daily streams, if it ever does. It will keep decreasing for several days because the hype is dying, and it might pick up one day if real promo starts.

I see plenty of people saying there's a lot of promo… It's true that RocNation is doing a nice job but nothing will ever be as effective as performing.
