The song is called "somos nada" which means "we're nothing" in both Spanish and Portuguese. The tweet is replying saying "lift your head up, my friend, be positive" as if they were replying to Xtina saying she's nothing. Basically a lame joke.

In an interview with Univision that for some reason it’s not embedding here. Nicki says that she doesn’t speak English and Christina doesn’t speak Spanish but they understand each other through music. Then Christina says “we all speak the same language like Becky said… Ana.”

Nicki is beautiful and so adorable! Love her.
